Have you ever been embarrassed by your friend at an all-you-can-eat restaurant?

Recently I went out to eat with a friend and the special of the day was " All You Can Eat Fish". He must have sent the wait person back for another helping 8 times. By the fourth one, I wanted to crawl under the table. Then he left her a lousy tip on top of things. I know I'm not responsible for his gluteny, but I was still embarrassed. Has this happened to you?

My friend did one better! I took her and her daughter to an all you can eat chinese buffet. They were each carrying large pocketbooks, with large plastic bags inside. Each time they went up, they got more to eat and more to stash in the pocketbook. Thank God no one saw them!

No. I say all you can eat is just what it says. Enjoy your friend and their love for food. I know I love to eat.

I enjoy my friend enough that I don't want to see him die as a result of over-eating. I love to eat too; and run; and suntan. But they will all kill you if you don't show some sense of discipline.

Two friends of mine ended up eating so much that the both had to rush to the restroom to throw up. I apologize if that is too much information but it was embarrassing. I was left at the table with the waitresses looking at me as they passed by our table, and every time they would pass I kept wondering if they were wondering if they were dine and dashers and when I would run out. When they finally got back to the table I swear this one waitress looked relieved that we didn't dash. We tipped decently that day.
