Have you ever left a job you love because of the need for a higher salary. How did it turn out?
Consider other things other than just salary that do have value. Are the benefits better? I have left for better opportunities and it always worked out better for me. The higher you get paid in a company the more people listen to you and value your opinion. Better pay encourages people to work harder and solve problems.
