    In my current position NO but in other positions that I've held...yes.  Many times when a boss has never done the job it is difficult for them to understand your responsiblity level and the relevance of it.

    My boss has an extremely complex mind that I admire and trust. If she believes it, it is most likely true.

    The five bosses I have are idiots. They do not how to manage a company.. they do not know how to properly schedule people.. they do not how to speak to people.. and they all believe that sitting behind a desk is working and managing people..

    I do not appreciate or value their opinions, since they let their employees do every ounce of the work while they get paid triple what we do.
