Definitely an untapped niche there! I'm afraid you shouldn't have given it away on a public forum since now everyone will want to do that!
      lol

    Hmmm...a very good question.

Well if you want a good financial reply for a limited outlay and an investment in a future key market (blah de blah Finacial Times-esque witterings..) then I suggest that you can make a zillion by investing in my PATENTED idea....CHAVROL!

Crime and the Environment are political hot potatoes (with a smothering of butter and chilli with mine) and so why not deal with both, by burning lawless, braindead, literate bereft 'Chavs' in order to produce electricity which could then be sold to the National Grid.   Or Chavrol (half chav-half petrol, as opposed to half man-half biscuit) could power your car.   How many Chavs to the mile?   Who cares!

No Chavs and low energy costs for all - whooopahhh!

I always wanted to have an international school of investing. Where we accept underprivileged kids and teach them how to be financially successful though investing in stuff like stocks, forex, and real estate.

Lately I have been thinking about flipping houses because I bought a house for $14,000, which my house payment is $130 a month. Its 5 bedrooms and I have sanded floors and panted walls. I could tripple my money..... smile

Very nice. 5 bedrooms sounds pretty flippable (although I'd imagine pretty keepable too.  smile  )

A passive income business, one that didn't always need me around.  If that wasn't an option, something to do with adventure travel and/or art.
