I would like to ask if anyone has used Facebook's Ad Manager. If so, what has your experience been?

They offer a coupon for $50 of free ads once your business page has reached 50 'Likes'. I used the coupon, but they say I didn't and without my authorization billed my PayPal account. Now, we are going in circles with no results, as far as I am concerned.

Hi, I did use their services several times but never really got the offer for a coupon with 50 OFF or anything similar. I did generate likes on our page but didn't get much results in generating business. You might want to try www.i-snid.com the are a SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Company that can create campaigns for your business and help you get the traffic you need.

    Hope this helps.

I am an advertiser and I hate the Facebook ad manager I think it sucks Facebook is losing a lot of money so they are desperate to earn a bit more. More people are advertising on a site called Swag yes you have to have your own ads and purchase the advertising space but since it has all the features of all of the most popular social networks and it's free people are jumping on this new site. It even has was to help you increase your traffic to your site or blog thus increasing sales. Please feel free to check it out. http://MySwag.info/
The Facebook ad manager is not as good as using adsense which are content based. But if you are an advertiser and want to submit your ads to be posted on others sites and blogs you must use and pay for adwords. Google's advertising plat form. You could also try what I do an most of it is free but there will be a hub about it in a few days so please check back. Thanks and I hope this has helped
