What is the best thing you learn while doing your job?
Reasons why you shouldn't have one! Just kidding. The best thing you can learn from your job is probably from the mistakes you make. Especially if you get embarrassed by them. Won't forget them.

The best thing I've learned at my job is patience. Working with the public requires far more of it than anyone who has never worked with the public can understand.
