How do I get paypal to work for me?
I do not have a bank account, never wanted one, but paypal is saying I need one. Tried the netspend method I read about somewhere, but to use that I'm going to have to go to the library to use their fax. I also don't have a bill in my name to send them. Do I really need to go and get a bank account or is there another way to work with paypal?
I believe initially you would have to get one, you wouldn't necessarily have to keep it, but that is one of Pay Pal's verification processes.
I wrote a hub called How You Can Open A PayPal Account Without A Credit Card Or Bank Account. I have opened one before by using a prepaid card you can get from Walgreens but you can also get a MoneyPak from Walmart. It has been awhile since I did it so I am not 100% sure it can still be done although I think it can be accomplished. I eventually connected a bank account because that way you wont have to keep doing it when those prepaid cards expire. http://phoenixv.hubpages.com/hub/How-Yo … nk-Account

I'm appealing in particular to South African hubbers here (I know you exist!), but if anyone else has any suggestions, go ahead. All the Google Adsense cheques I've received to date have arrived in the mail without any problems. But last year the South African Post Office started to screw a lot of...

Since Bank of America and Payoneer no longer accept payments from PayPal, as far as I know I would have to return to the US to open another US bank account. Are there any international hubbers that know of an US bank that works with PayPal and allows a new bank account to be opened without a...
