How do you handle work-related stress?
I had the interesting experience of working as a tax accountant from April 4th to April 18th this year, thank you for your sympathy all those who understand what this means. What are some simple ways you use to manage work-related stress in your job or career?
When I worked, I would relieve my stress by power walking on my breaks. I would also mumble under my breath about whatever the problem was that I was trying to find a solution for. I'm sure I looked quite the unstable personality; but, by the time I returned to the office I felt so much better.
I also found deep breathing to be very helpful.
