Today, I don't know my path, tomorrow, I won't worry about boundaries. Can you decipher it for me?
While conducting an Interview, an interviewee replied me with this:
Today, I don't know about my path and tomorrow I don't worry about my boundaries.
Should I hire him. Please suggest.
While the quote could be romanticized into a convincing spin, hiring that person could very well be one of the biggest mistakes you make in your career. Most people would not want to work with someone who doesn't know where they are headed and does not care about boundaries. A creative free-spirit could feel that way about creative aspects of their work (if there are any) but without a determination to support and follow the leadership of your organization this hire could reflect quite badly on you.
