How does a person get a job offer to work in Canada as a Nurse
...what i'd do is contact a nursing association in Canada. I guess it depends on what the supply/demand situation is. There must be a Canadian Nursing Association or something like that - you could connect with - I'm sure they'd have answers. As well, NP Immigration Societies in Canada - they'd be throughout the country. An important item to consider is whether or not your degree is transferrable to Canada.

SomewayouttaHere, Its abit tricky, I've contacted the Canadian College of Nurses, and registered but I need a job offer to get a work permit. All the hospitals openings goes through local Canadian employment agencies who caters for applicants already in Canada.

What happened to Emma Lazarus’s “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses …”?I did not think I would live to see the day when people would flee from hatred and persecution in America – again. The Underground Railroad brought slaves to freedom in Canada in the 19th century. Now, I see...
