Disparity in the Corporate Culture

    Oftentimes, hard work is not its own reward.   Many tmes people who are devoted and diligent workers are not reward at all.  In fact, they are given more assignments because they have demonstrated such behavior in the past.   They have developed such a reputation that they are EXPECTED to do the complex and arduous assignment with little or no reward.   If they dare to falter, they are severely punished.

    Whereas, there are some people who coast along in the workplace.   They do the most minimal work as possible.  However, they are not punished.   Oftentimes, they are rewarded! and allowed to get away with murder!   These people are not punished at all.    They are considered to be lacking and not knowing any better.  Have you witnessed and/or experience such behavior in the workplace?
