WAYS TO SAVE MONEY FAST AND EASY

Updated on September 21, 2011

HOW TO SAVE MONEY.

¤1¤ Do not buy expensive things that are not necessary.
¤2¤ Consider buying things from a discount store.
¤3¤ Do not buy things that are considered to be just popular and from popular name brands.

¤4¤ Do not spend excessively on costly beverages, food materials. Consider growing some of your own food.
¤5¤ Do you have cellphones, internet subscription, paying channels, air conditioners, heaters and electricity? Why don't you limit its usage to when it matters most. Have you considered how much you spend on all these gadgets? If it is internet, why don't you schedule its usage and time in order not to spend frivolously without any benefits.
The television channels, why don't you subscribe to a minimal amount of channels you can afford to pay for without going into debt or running short of money.

When it comes to the use of the air conditioner, heater and the electricity, try and switch them off when they re not in use.

If you have a family, get a family budget, calculate the amount you earn, calculate the amount of money to spend on the family.

Keeping track of your budget and then limiting it handsomely is an art, and it must be learned by everyone. One doesn't need to be a miser, but there is no point in spending extravagantly on items that you never use.

Good hub ubani, my friend. Congratulations!

Some very good advice here we all need to save in today's climate. Limiting the use of air conditioners, heaters and electricity. is a biggy.

And it's the little things that we don't think about too that add up. Like turning off the TV and computer instead of leaving them on stand-by, and only filling the jug to boil with the amount of water you need rather than filling it to the top. All of these liitle things add up. As far as food goes when we see something on special we stock up on it and save a lot that way.

      A very good worthwhile hub

Great points Ubanichijioke! We grow our own food, hunt and fish. I have always lived on a budget, so when we bought our business, I about had a stroke spending money to stock it. (Even then, I tried to find bargains.) It is wise to be careful about how one spends their money and always be prepared for the future. Thanks for sharing these helpful tips.

You are so right my friend.....but can we control ourselves? Men always tried to find a way not to follow an order or something like that....You can threat 100 men with their lives not to do something....but i am sure 10% of that men will not listen.....so, i think it's get harder to control ourselves. You know what i mean?

      Have a nice day!

Excellent ideas. You're right about shutting off what we don't use. I've even read that we should unplug appliances while they are not being used. Just leaving them plugged in uses electricity. Interesting, huh? Have a great day and God bless.
