5. Write quality hubs
6. Don't worry about making alot of money at the start.
7. Write quality hubs.
Did you pick out the most important thing to earning money here on Hubpages?
Definitely quality and definitely Google Adsense. Beyond that, a little bit of SEO, a little bit of research, shameless self-promotion, and finding the right niche helps as well. I've been experimenting without doing the niche, because this place is really just fun. But, if you want money, it sure does help. Oh, and sub-domain, don't forget that.
There are four totally different constructed-in strategies of earning profits with HubPages. There's Google AdSense, the Amazon associates program, eBay Accomplice Community and Kontera. For every of those packages, you join your personal account with every firm they usually pay you directly. You don't obtain any cash instantly from the workforce that runs HubPages.
The income sharing mannequin that HubPages makes use of is predicated upon splitting the web page impressions. In different phrases, throughout some web page impressions (i.e. when somebody is viewing your hub), the HubPages affiliate hyperlinks will likely be used for AdSense and Amazon, etc. And through different web page impressions, it's your affiliate hyperlinks that will likely be displayed. So how does this all add up? Let's take a look.
I agree with Cameron, you need to find first a niche that helps you to offer something different and new (in my case Car Design Education hubs). Get Google adsense and also Amazon stuff to sell. Make promotion with social networking and try to participate to others hubs to get friends with who you can share your hubs.
Good luck!
Well first of all if you want to be part of hubpages just to earn income, it will be obvious and your hubs will most likely not be high quality.Remember to drive massive traffic requires lots of published hubs, but a good quality hub takes a little bit time to write and put together. Therefore you can only write couple hubs a day.Unless you are a typing and publishing robot .But having 1 good articles instead of 10 poor articles will be much better.Good articles contain more and clear information.Viewers then find that information and see your ads on different topics related to that information.Click Click! They click on your ads to view that information which is being advertised.
But keep these key elements in mind;
-SEO
-High Quality - Rich Content
-Niche or non-Niche = doesn't really make a difference you can be all over the place
-Find traffic sources
-Experiment
-Search on popular keywords and search terms and write articles based on that
and you should be fine. But keep in mind if you are looking for a get rich quick...You will not find it here, nobody can.But with time and effort you will see results sooner or later.I have seen results on my second day on Hubpages not that great of an income but hey its a start!
Wish you luck and the best Sincerely Kiwiwi

I've been on here for 9 months and followed all the advice from the learning centre, forums and hubs from the best hubbers. I earned the first $24.00 in the first month and I'm only $1.00 ahead for the next eight. What am I doing wrong? All help will be greatfully received.

I'm curious if anyone actually makes money on their hubs. How long did it take for you to make some? Is it a good side income?

So I've been a Hubpage and Squidoo writer for the past 5 years. Recently, my 185 Squidoo hubs were transferred over to Hubpages and to start earning money, I applied for the Google adsense program about 2 weeks ago. It appears that my account was approved for a couple days and then I...
