    I often get an 'Error 502 when loading notifications' instead of my notifications list.  Why?

    I have an AppleMac so it's nothing to do with windows.

    Does this happen all the time? Or only when you are browsing hubpages at work? I ask the second question because many companies utilize intranets and proxy gateways, restricting (often unintentionally) access to certain IP addresses (websites).

    In any case, be sure to clear your browser cache and reload the page when this happens; sometimes this can clear up simple errors.

      No, I'm always on my own laptop at home.  However, it does seem to work if I go into another part of hubpages and then go back to the profile page.  It doesn't happen all the time but more often than I like!  Thanks for the suggestions.
