How many referral sign ups are expected per amount of views?

I understand this can vary quite a lot. Do you have an expected number of sign ups per hundred or thousand of referral tracker views?

Well, I don't think anyone is expecting any referral sign ups from any of us at all.

I used to spread those referral tracker links around...but I no longer bother with that.  I find that trying to constantly back link or get referral signers on....distracts from my enjoyment of this stuff, and also distracts from me actually bothering to write something useful.

Not that I think it is a bad idea to get referral signers on after yourself...it just isn't something to pursue so much.

But don't mind me, I'm sure not the money maker on this site.

I don't think there's any way to get an average for this. It really depends on the content of the article shared with the tracker, as well as where you posted the tracker, and how many writers read/view the hub.

I figure it's easy enough to throw the tracker in there when I'm linking my hubs on facebook, twitter, or G+ so I do, but I'm not really expecting much from it.

So far I have got none.
It is true that I am not promoting my hubs that much or that I have less followers than many writers here, but I guess the most important things is: even if I post my hub to FB, barely anyone reads it as most of the people I know are Hungarian and can't/don't bother to read stuff in English.

If I'm not mistaken, it depends on what you write about. If the subject is something most people wonder about you'll get lots of viewers. It also depends on how you title it. I mean if the title is written in a way that most people would think of.
