There are some things that would make tables far more useful:
-Ability to use 'snapshots' in table
-Ability to add hyperlinks in table
-Ability to format vertically - you currently can shade rows, I'd like to shade columns
-Autonumbering - while I can add numbers, it would be nice for it to assign auto numbers.
SimeyC, thanks for the suggestion. I am hoping that we can spend some time later this fall working on improving the table capsule, and I appreciate your suggestions for new features.
(Sorry that I took so long to reply to your suggestion. I've been on vacation.)
In another thread, Cardisa also suggested being able to add a border (like we allow in the Photo capsule).
There are a few users who are making suggestions to tables, so I'm linking to this thread (since it came first, SimeyC), as the catch-all thread for suggestions to improve the Table Capsule.
I use a lot of tables and it would be great if you could highlight a cell using a colored background. You can apply 'bold' to a row, column or cell - how about allowing a user to highlight using a background color - even one would be great.
Support! Love the idea of hyperlinks in tables, because I was trying to use it the other day and it didn't work out well.

Since there's a place for suggestions...What about an option for starting a thread and inviting specific people to it? Public and Private threads, in other words. That way people could debate a topic without interference, work on a hub project together...other things I probably haven't thought of...

I was wondering if an option for "border" could be added to the table capsule, similar to the photo capsule. I kinda hate the way the left and right margins and left off after the hub is completed. If not a border, the option of having all four sides with lines so it looks like a real...

Hi folks,I know, it's *another* suggestion from me, but y'know, if you're going to demonstrate that you listen to, act on and welcome our suggestions, what can you expect? (Seriously, it's great that you guys are so responsive and have the best interests of the community at heart, so I'm very...

I noticed the past few days that any notifications of comments don't appear in the notifications list until I approve the comment. (I am seeing the comments as they show up next to the Hubs link on the homepage, so that is not an issue.) Newer notifications showed up before the comment did....

I had no choice but to start a new thread about the same suggestion as the previous thread was closed for anymore comments before I could post my feedback upon the latest profile layout. It appears nice and quite user-friendly overall, but I must admit I won't be satisfied if my suggestion on the...
