Hello all.  Recently the staff profiles have been changed, and I cannot find a way to email any of them.  Maddie Ruud, I was particularly interested in emailing you.

Could someone please explain the new way to send a message under the new format?
Please forgive me if I've just missed the "send message" button.

    Thank you so much!

    Margaret Sullivan

On the right side of the profile page, under the Accolades, click Fan Mail.

When the "fanmail" page appears, click Send Maddie Ruud an email.

It's there, just where it is is not intuitively obvious. smile

How can you miss the link that says "contact us" on the FAQ page?  That goes right to admin...

Relache, show some mercy. She is after all a mere apprentice. Did you not spot her A badge of humility.

My post was merely a question, and one that I continue to find intriguing given that the OP is an apprentice and is being tutored directly in that program by members of the site admin.

Any emotional connotation you are reading into to my statment is your own projection/imagination.

It was a joke Relache. Some of the apprentices are seasoned hubbers who are already enjoying huge hits and financial success. I think Habee is an Apprentice.

Relache I thought you could read better! She wants to contact individual members and not the team as a whole. If it was the entire team I'd have told Margaret that!!

Do you kick babies who do not already know how to use the bathroom as well as you do?

      http://maddieruud.hubpages.com/contact

Just replace the "maddieruud" part of the above url with any hubber you wish to contact.

The OP wanted to get in touch with Maddie directly. The way to do that in the past was to use the contact link on the hub or profile page. Now, with the new profile page, that link is still there, but it's hidden under fan mail. A general contact link to the team does appear on the first FAQ page, but that's not an easy find, either.

I do think it's unfortunate that an apprentice (seasoned or not) doesn't know this. I don't fault the apprentice. HP has not made this alternate route clear.

I agree that the path is not clear at all. I did not know how to make contact this way. Thanks. smile

Thank you so much for the information, Sally's Trove!  I truly appreciate it.

As for the rest of you, thank you so much for the entertainment.  I thoroughly enjoyed, even laughed out loud, your attempts to belittle me with your jokes.  It must be nice to be perfect and know everything.  Maybe one day I can shed my embarrassing "a" and be perfect too.

Ok, you got me!  I am very proud of my "a" since it stands for "ambitious and always wants to learn" ~

I got the answer I needed (thanks again, ST) so I won't respond to any posts that are intended to be insulting.

Mmargie1966, your phrase (always wants to learn) for the little (a) is perfect. The apprenticeship program is for people with the attitude there is always more to learn not for those who think they already know everything. Thanks for being a good role model for us all.  One should never be intimidated into not asking questions-especially in a help thread.
