If you are talking about your profile page, you can add Google+ in the upper right-hand corner by editing your profile and adding the link in the area provided, then saving.
If you are wanting to add the button on your hubs, it is not possible. We used to have the button there to share a hub, but they did away with it saying ti was not used enough.
