I just read this great news on my email... and its sounds so promising...
It's super easy to get Exclusives...
You have to have a score of 80 or above
Go to "Start a new hub"
In the "hub title" box type in something you want to search... Wait a couple seconds and some exclusive titles will appear below
Click claim to the left of the title that you want and keep going... The exclusive belongs to you. Your allowed to have up to 4 exclusives. Hope that helps.
Sorry for my lightning reaction... Your tip has been very helpful and in fact I already published more than 10 hubs that uses exclusive titles... I am having fun doing this a lot, though...
Very kind regards,

It seems that HubPages syndication will only show my Exclusives Hubs. Does anyone know how to syndicate all personal hubs and not just the Exclusives?
