Hurricane Sandy Poetry Challenge

   Hello Hubbers,
        I am posting this challenge in an effort to raise money for Hurricane Sandy.  The challenge is simple, just write an original poem or short story about your experience with Hurricane Sandy, then place the link to one of the charities, helping the victims, in your hub.  Shoot me the links once you have posted, because i will be networking this challenge like crazy.

      Hello PHILLY DREAMER....Welcome back ..missed you....Living in Florida, the usual destination for Hurricanes, she chose to fly past us and move on..but I am in pain for my friends and fellow hubbers in the Northeast states...of which was once our home..will be following this challenge ..best of luck....

   Poets.  I just did some keyword research.  There are people searching for poems of encouragement about Hurricane Sandy.  People need our poetry to help be inspired, so let's give them what they want.  Who will take up the challenge?

      What can I say, other than THANK YOU..THANK YOU.. My G-C just got back from Martial Arts in time to hear your radio show..They couldn't believe you said my name and read my poem , " Memory of Jersey Shore ". The gesture of what you have done with this challenge is to be commended , it restores a belief in humanity, which our nation craves at this time.
      When I heard my poem it brought tears to my eyes, thank you again for getting my words and the words of other writers out there to the people of the Eastern Shores, as they need the support and prayers. Have a great night..

            Thank you also. I unfortunately didn't hear it and was unable to post it to the FB page for Gerritson Beach (I think they would have gotten a kick out of it) Since you will be doing more of them this month I will post it to them. Is it daily?

               The show is weekly.  The link for the show will take you to the recorded broadcast, so maybe you can still play it for them.
