Hello hubbers!
I would like to ask how to change the URL on my Adsense application.
On my first try, I put likhangmata.wordpress.com to be applied in Adsense. Unfortunately, my application was denied so I deleted that wordpress account.
Now, I would like to replace it as ultimatekenneth.hubpages.com. But as on the picture shown, there is no option to change it.
Please help me to fix it.
I have 5 hubs and 3 of them are High quality hubs.
So, I would like to make a try for Adsense using my hubpages account.
I hope you will help me for my problem.
Thank you in advance hubbers!
I think you are better off setting up a blogger blog (blogspot, owned by Google), putting up at least 3 posts, and then applying. Google will most likely approve you then.
honestly, that's the reason why I choose to create a blog thru wordpress. But, I realized that hubpages is more better than blogspot. That's why I want to apply my hubpage to Adsense, but unfortunately, I can't change the URL...How will it be?
Blogspot is owned by Google, Wordpress is not. I cannot tell you how to change your URL.
ah..see...so sad..thank you anyway..
Unfortunately the image is too small for me to see what you're talking about, but I can give you some advice.
You cannot use Adsense on Wordpress.com blogs. In fact you cannot use any advertising on them. If you try, they ban your account.
Your HubPages account is still too small to be considered. Besides, if you are in one of the embargoed countries (China, India, Africa) you have to wait six months anyway.
thank you for the advise....sorry for the picture...but I had cited the problem before the picture. Thank you again.
I am having the same problem and would love to know the answer to this. AdSense won't accept my hubpages account, but I have an old blog that has been around longer that I thought they might accept, and then I could add hubpages to it. after I've been accepted.
Wow! good to you! I wish mu hubpages too will accepted in Adsense again. Honestly, my hubpages account was accepted then a while ago, it said that I am disapproved. So I try to apply my wordpress. then not approved. After that, after finishing 5 good hubs, I choose to apply it for adsense, but unfortunately, I can't change the URL...What will I do know?
I ran into this issue awhile back after Adsense shut my account down. I stopped Adsense on all of my blogs for starters. Then I had to create a new gmail account and reapply, but I only used hub pages for the adsense account.
You would probably have to contact Adsense help, but honestly it would be easier for you to just make a new email account that isn't associated with that Wordpress site.
Additionally, many Hubpages users don't have luck getting approved for Adsense until around 10 Hubs, so don't be discouraged if you get denied right away. You probably would just need more content.
You want to be careful opening another account, more than 1 account (approved or not) is against Adsense TOS.
I actually just had the same issue with getting denied. They said in the email that I needed more content, and to feel free to reapply. I'd be careful with trying to dodge "the system" because you might not get an account at all in the long run. I'm just trying to be patient..... sucks though, don't it?
The emails they send me say "After reviewing your
application, our specialists have found that it does not meet our program
criteria" Their emails don't give me any reason why I have been denied and tell me not to contact them or reapply until I have fixed the problem. Which is difficult when I don't know what the problem is. I have read carefully through their policies and can not figure out what to change. I guess I will just wait until I have 10 hubs and try again. I agree that dodging the system might backfire.
I had a quick look at your Hubs and can't see any problems. Do bear in mind that if your Hubs aren't Featured (i.e. if they don't have a "H" next to them on your account page), then Google can't see them. So make sure all ten of your Hubs are featured before applying.
three of mu hubs are featured. They have "H" nxt to them. Actually, my hupbpages have accepted before. I don't know what happened then. That's why I've changed it into wordpress. but now I can't change it again
Kenneth, I was replying to A r F.
If you were accepted for Adsense before, then you cannot apply for a second account. You can only have one Adsense account. Once you are approved, you use the same account everywhere.
I am sorry Marisa. I didn't noticed it...
Thank you Marissa, I will keep that in mind. So far so good, so as long as they all stay featured I should have 10 within the next week or two.

Hi great people, once your first application for Google adsense via hubpages is rejected. Is there a chance that you will reapply for your adsense using your hubpages account?
