how to know my hub is published or not and how to know that it get traffic.
It is published, I saw it. It is far too short. You want to aim for at least 300 words if you want Google to find it.
i have write 4 hubs right now but i don't know one of the heading of my hub is of green color and others are of blue what does that mean.
what is the meaning of points written on the profile picture?

Have you studied the information in the links provided for your earlier questions yet?
Possible but highly improbable. 100 cents a day now that is possible. I'd be more than happy to get that.
