Almost a year back I tried to write 30 hubs in 30 days. I thought, writing 30 hubs in 30 days would not be a difficult proposition. But I failed to complete the challenge. Even now, I do not have 30 hubs total. I shall make efforts for the challenge again in due course of time.

Currently, I am into writing 5 stellar hubs in 5 days. I have some free time in coming days. Today is my Day-1 and I am hopeful to write one hub by the end of the day. Wish me success.

Very good luck to you; Stellar hubs are pretty demanding, so you've set yourself a tough challenge, but I certainly hope you meet it!

Thanks a lot Paul for your kind wishes. I shall try my best to comply to this self imposed challenge. Your checklist is really handy. I shall make use of it as a guideline. Thanks again for the support.

Yeah, that's an intense challenge! If you can't make that five-in-five goal (which I also help you make), I'd still be super impressed if you did five Stellar Hubs in 30 days... I don't know when I've last seen someone do that!

      Best of luck!!

        Thanks a lot simone,

Your words are quite encouraging. This gives me immense confidence that even if I fail to achieve my self imposed challenge, it is not meaningless if I put enough efforts into it. I have promised myself that I shall put my best efforts. Thanks a lot again.

I have yet to complete a 30 in 30, I have tried it a few times. I will try again in the future though when I have a bit more time on my hands, it's the weekends I really struggle with.

I like the idea of 5 stellar hubs in 5 days I might join you smile

I wish you all the best of luck and do keep us informed on how you get on smile

How come your 2nd post wasn't pink?

I wanted to ask again cause I dont think I heard back when I asked before.

A stellar hub... does that mean all of those boxes are ticked off?

You are most welcome wrenfrost. You people are so supportive, I feel like being in a wonderland. It will be such an enriching experience to have many people working on similar challenges simultaneously. Sharing ideas and experiences do enhance the scope of cross-learning.

Thank you, Paul, for providing the Google Docs Checklist. It was extremely helpful! I referred to it many times while putting together the my very first article that I submitted last night. It appears it is a "featured" article. Yea! Since I am a novice and don't even pretend that my article is a writing masterpiece (lol), I am certain the reason it will be "featured" is because I included almost all of the criteria you had on your checklist. Thank you for the guidance!!!

Best of luck on your goal, Purninamoh!  Be sure to let us know how it goes.  And Simone is right - five Stellar Hubs in one month would be an amazing accomplishment, so be proud of whatever you're able to complete, no matter what!

Thanks a lot Marcy, I shall have the concern in mind. Good that I did not commit to a specific theme or topic. So, I hope, I shall be able to accomplish. Shall keep everyone updated. Thanks a lot.

    Hi all,
This is the second day of my 5 stellar hubs in 5 days challenge. Wrenfrost has already published one. I am yet to complete my first one. However, I am happy with the progress made so far. (a) I have identified the topics. (b) I have prepared the structural outline of all the five hubs. (c) I have already completed the writing part of my first hub and waiting for the video to be complete. I still hope that I shall be able to complete the challenge.
    Thanks and regards

That's outstanding progress, purnimamoh - and you're going about it the right way - thoroughly and methodically. Quality is more important than quantity - or speed. Great work!

I just joined Hubpages about a week ago and need a little kick in the behind to get my articles done. So...I think I'll join you, purnimamoh1982! I am not sure my articles will meet the "stellar" criteria but I hope to come close. At least I will have a nice start to my hub collection. smile

I have my very first (ever) Hub done:  http://shelleywatson.hubpages.com/hub/A … Fundraiser  (not sure this will really link to it since it's still undergoing the Quality Assessment Process.

    I welcome ALL feedback!!

Btw, your article on baths was very nicely done! It made me want to take a long soak in the tub instead of researching my next article. lol

Welcome, Shelly!  You are off to a great start!  You'll enjoy our community here - and you'll learn a lot.  I've only been around a year, but being on the site has taught me so much about online publishing.

Thank you, Purnima! I appreciate your comments and your support. smile

I think I'm getting the hang of this writing stuff. As soon as I post my other four articles I plan to learn more about how to be a part of the HP community. I enjoy meeting everyone and want to give the same support to others that you guys are giving me.

            Happy writing!

This is the fourth day of my challenge. I have completed writing 2 hubs and working on the third one. I do not know what happened, but it is not yet published. Shall post the links as soon as they are done. Sincere thanks to Marcy for her kind words and supportive spirit.

Two (possibly three) hubs in five days is REALLY good, Purnima!! I think you should just give yourself a few more days...say...publish five hubs in 9 days! That would be just as awesome. wink

I can't wait to read your articles.
