Dear Litle Digit: The Internet just never fails to amaze me. Chance are that if we have made it this far, we know how to set up an account, and all of the other things associated with setting up an account.
Part of me wishes that this is a joke thread... but deep down I know it's not, which makes me sad...
As an oldly hubber, I find your concern for newly hubbers most touching
As one yearly hubbers this.is goodly stuff , Eiaser arafat.. Old time would start hub with last page and work backwards. Huh! Know I now. Was wrong and smack botty is cure. Sign up point is far to high for clicky, clicky and pointy click was their before I can reach it. Log in was carefull but filling up box with password too tight and in the end rejection was sure to follow as day followed chicken.
But,final problem is my litte digit. What can do? Was present but there no more! Come back litte digit, come back to Mamma.
So,can solve Mr Arafat or no.For is small digit but big problem me think?
Me now wait for party 2.
So muchy to learn,still
@Horatio, you are so funny.
If the original post wasn't so funny I would have found it offensive.
Horatio - big respect! This clarifies perfectly what the OP wrote. I think this kind of info should be in an alternative help section or even an (entertaining) hub. Too useful to just leave in the forums!
Omg I laughed so hard at this! my favorite part was "But,final problem is my litte digit." so funny!
No offense meant to you eiaser but you might want to go over your English punctuation and spelling before offering advice on how HubPages works.
Or start posting some hubs and gain some hubber experience before offering advice on a site he's been a member for...say...7 hours? Just a thought
Confucius say you very wise lady. Good advice, Cardisa. Seven hours is way too soon on the advice giving.
Thanks Alastar.
I honestly believe this is another sock pocket or troll. He's been here before and knows he'll get some attention from posting something like this.
Hubbers Please Help! I must be stupid. Someone please clarify! lol
How can any of this help someone new. I'm not saying his to be rude. But I just started and I am confused. There are so many things to read.. I don't want to mess up on here and do or say the wrong thing. But it just seems I am really confused. I love writing and have for some time. But I seem to be not getting any where.
It was probably a joke. The forums have lots of jokes and often useful stuff. You should do a mix of things - in my opinion.
Look at examples of hubs and see what people are creating.
Try to read some of the stuff - if not all and there is a lot - in the Learning Center.
Write your first page / hub and see how it works.
Thank you I will try. I have wrote 5 so far. But nothing is going right. My Pictures did not turn out right so I have to delete them. I tried to get them published but they keep saying they are going to call me with a code but I never get a code or call. I don't know what to do. I have been reading everything. But can not find the answers I need.
I agree with Mark,
This really isn't the place to get your feel work. Have you read this (and other bits) of the learning centre?
http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/title-category-tags
I think you should start there, and then if you have more questions, start your own thread on the forums.
You can never be sure whether to trust somebody online. But you can always check out what a person has published. For example the OP hasn't got any hubs afaik, so it is a bit funny that he is giving advice to "newly" hubbers, which is why everybody is basically joking about it.
Angel 2013: Messing up is the best way to learn.... write a lot, read a little... learn and grow!
I think your right. I will write and read. But I do not know how I will get anything published on here because my phone never gets the code. So they will not publish. I wish they could send a email with the code. That is why I came here so I could do everything.
Oh it sounds like you're having problems with signing up. I've done this a year ago and can't really remember how that went. Are you sure you need a code from HubPages? Or is it just for Adsense?
I seem to remember it was only Adsense that needed the code by phone, and that is important for earning, but not for publishing. And you need to have a certain amount of material published anyway before you can even apply for an Adsense account.
But I could be remembering this wrong, if you are sure that you need the code by phone to publish with HP, then open a thread in the official "problems" forum, that is read by staff and they will be able to help you in their official capacity.

I just published a recipe hub and while my settings are set to show ads on this hub, no ads actually appear on the hub. Does any one know why this is happening? Thanks.
