Why can I no longer indent each new paragraph in the text capsules? I noticed this a while back-I went to do some editing on an older hub and when I saved the capsule, the indent was gone. This drives me crazy!
I prefer the look of indented paragraphs because I think it makes the text look neater and more put together. It's just a personal (probably OCD ) thing and I've been quietly dealing with it in hopes it would somehow magically come back but it hasn't.
So, I'm formally asking---can we please have the option to indent a line? Pretty please??
Sure, I'll bring it up in our next community meeting! I didn't even know the option had disappeared... thanks for bringing it up!
Hi again To Start Again!
I brought this up in our community meeting yesterday only to discover that the move was actually intentional! Indeed, to make formatting on HubPages more uniform, we chose to make indentation impossible (it is generally seen as unnecessary for online formats).
I am sorry to be depriving you of your preferred formatting method, but at least I can provide our reasoning behind the limited paragraph formatting options we offer. I hope that counts for something. ^_^;;
I wonder if tab would work. Someone else can try it. I'm not sufficiently motivated.
hahaha let me stretch my finger and press tab
it makes it go to the next option, takes you away from the text or at least it did the last time I tried...
I am equally unexplained as to this post.
I tried tab before. I thought i replied that but I'm not motivated enough to go back and check lol
It just takes you to the next option for the capsule or out of the capsule or something I don't remember exactly but it didn't work...
I also see '--' a lot lately. Do I need to go back and take english 101 again at 51?

It will be nice if HP allow to use a capsule for storing audio clips. For example, I publish a hub on Mahatma Gandhi and to give a fine look to the hub I must be able to add an audio clip containing a short speech of Gandhiji. Why can't HP add this facility?

I would love to see a feature that Hubbers could explain - in say, maybe 100 characters? - why they are sharing a particular Hub with their followers. I just shared a Hub but would love to have been able to tell people why I was sharing it.Is this feasible? I genuinely believe this may lead to...

I'm so saddened to see the lack of integrity in honor around us and so much of it is accepted. Celebrities lie to the public, break contracts, and mislead their fans. (e.i. Favre who kept telling everyone time and again that he was really retired and then changed his mind despite...

I've been too busy to take part in the contest, but I'm surprised how few people are taking advantage of the Hubtrail tags on their contest Hubs.Has everyone forgotten it exists?

The biggest issue I have with all capsules having to be full width is that there now seems to be no provision for sidebar content. I've had to eliminate several sidebar text capsules because although they have supplementary information that would be useful for the reader, they just can't be fitted...

Whatever happened to...?HP used to have a way for us to e-mail a hub to a friend, which was a great way to share (not only one's own hubs, but even those of others). Now the button disappeared to the detriment of the ones like me who are not exactly social media experts. The only remaining option...
