I do not have a FB page that links to and fro my HP...Am I hurting my SERP results by not??
After a very short time on HP I dropped my FB author page and my website. I never got any traffic from those tools. People are already on HP!
No. You will not hurt your SERP results by not having a Facebook page connected to HP.
You don't really need a page on FB. You can just share your hubs on your profile wall there. And I don't think you are hurting your SERP results by not having it.
Of course I think an FB page is a great idea because this way you can build up a fan base without having people sent you friend requests all the time. Plus, everything will be organized and focused solely on your writing for Hub Pages.
