So far, I couldn't find any of my dog-related hubs on the site, but they really ripped you off a lot. Have you checked any of the older, archived posts for your stuff? Good luck with the DMCA. Plagarists shouldn't be allowed to get away with word theft!

There are many, many articles in the archives, not sure how you can report them one by one. The DMCA I filed I just said that there are many more. I found articles by cygstarz,Darlene Norris, jackinabox and I am sure many more;(

Thanks for the heads-up.  I found one of my articles here and am working to get it taken down.

      And here is another one.

This is ripped from one of my hubs, It is late and I'm going to bed, no time to search for more, but if they steal once it is probably a habit.

tmbridgeland, I have been able to get 2 of my hubs that were stolen taken down by contacting the administrator of the website.  I sent email and posted comments when possible requesting that the stolen content be removed.  This forum has links to good resources: http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/118642

Aww, I have found one of my hubs so far as well...
What should I do in this case?
This guy copied my content 100%. Including my copyright sign...

The web master wrote back and claimed that someone is using his free wordpress themes.
There is an email under their privacy heading for the one who supposedly created this site..
In any case, I filed a DMCA with Google and now will wait.

The name at the bottom of that website is not the owner of the website.  He just provided the WordPress theme.

The plagiarists name is XinWei Liu.

The hosting service for the website is servs.net and it is in Hong Kong. You can use the standard DMCA notice wording, but use this preface:

"Pursuant to 17 USC 512(c)(3)(A) of U.S. Copyright law and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, to which China is a signatory, this communication serves as a statement that:"

Send the notice to the hosting services at these addresses (remove spaces):
    dnsadmin@  servs.net
    info@  ninetian.com

The URL is now registered by GoDaddy and is being offered for sale at auction, with all of the stolen content: https://auctions.godaddy.com/trpItemLis … =113992168
I would send GoDaddy a letter saying that they are offering stolen intellectual property for sale, which is illegal.  Send that letter to: CopyrightClaims@   godaddy.com
Put the words "Copyright Claim" on the subject line of your email.

Writer Fox,  Thanks again for helping Hubbers deal with plagiarism by providing very specific and useful information!

Writer Fox thank you very much, I will do as you advised as soon as I am home.
It is nice to know that our work is good enough to be used elsewhere, but I have serious concerns about the way this website 'used' our intellectual property.
    Thanks for the tips again.
