Okay, maybe I'm missing this.. but is the overly promotional flag on hubs referring now to all TLDs regardless? A few of my hubs have been marked this way and I'm finding it's because I've linked to numerous sites like geocities pages, which, much like webs.com and wordpress, blogger, etcetera, allow for different users to create content free, just like here at Hubpages.
Does this mean that a link capsule with numerous hubs linked in it would also trip the overly promotional warning?
