I wrote two hub and I tried to publish it says you need to pass 5 boot feature hubs? Do i need to write 5 hubs to publish one hub ? Iam really new and confused.
I forgot to ask you, when you edit your Hub, do you look at the upper right corner? It should tell you, (usually highlighted in yellow), what is wrong.
It Says on the top of my hub's right corner as bellow. My words are more then 1150,picture are three and one table and now keep asking about evergreen, and score is 63

Is your Hub evergreen? Evergreen Hubs can earn for months and years to come.
That is not listing violations. It is only showing your number of words, photos, and tables, videos ,etc. In other words, how you are doing while writing your Hub - it keeps changing as you keep writing and adding more to the Hub.
Simply stop your pointer (without clicking) above each area and you will see exactly what you have. To learn about improving Hubs go to 'Learning Center' at links: http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/evergreen-content

Matthew from HP gave you the answer why it was not published.
Your hubs need to pass through moderation before being published. After having 5 hubs published (boot camp period), then your hubs will no longer be moderated. All new hubbers must pass through this boot camp.
Until authors have 5 featured Hubs, Hubs that do not pass the QAP are unpublished.
You can find further details here.

You do not need to write 5 to publish one.Can you show me a link to the Hub which you tried to publish? I will check for other problems.
Thank you for your kind suggestion !!
Here are the link first has score 65

Second has 57 score

Unfortunately it did not show either one. There may have been an error of your understanding the rules of what you can print in HubPages. Perhaps you should go here:
http://hubpages.com/faq/#what_is_allowed
to study what you can and can not type in your Hubs to be allowed publish them.
Scan down the page to number 20. "Publishing Rules and Policies".
This site, FAQ (frequently asked questions), can teach you many other things also. There is a Table of Contents on the right which you can look through. When you have time, just click on each title and it expands to show more choices.
Thanks for your suggestion
But I read the link, I didnot realise ,I put something I supposed not write and put in the hubpage !! Iam shocked !!
It could simply may be one word or one photo. It may have been a link which was not allowed. I can not look at the Hub to tell you, you have to read that link and read your Hub to find it. Sorry that I could not help.
let see I deleted some pictures and resubmit again, It will be any problem if I edit many time and resubmit or not?
Is there anyway to find out which is not allowed to write in the hubpage while reading my page or not?
Thanks for your kind suggestion
The links are working now. I can see both of your hubs. They are published but will be going through the HP assessment process during the next 24 hours, so are not yet featured.
Be patient, they will probably be OK. You have not attributed the photos properly, so you could edit that. And there are some spelling mistakes too that should be corrected.

shyaryal1,
When I was able to see one of your Hubs I looked at the photos and I believe that they are not allowed . I would read that link that I showed you and get used to what HubPages allows and does not allow.
The photos may have to be replaced. I was unable to see anything else in the Hub before it was removed again.
The links are not working again. As Beth Eaglescliffe said, it may be due to the attribution of photos or something else. A few things that could be the reasons for your hub being unpublished may be: quality of the content, proper attribution of photos, the length of the hub, etc.
The quality of the hub is very very important and the content needs to be completely unique i.e., it shouldn't be copied from any other online source.
Please check the symbol beside your Article title in your account and see the reason for your hub being unpublished. Make note of the remark and work on your hub accordingly.
And to answer your question about editing the hub several times, every time you edit your hub, your hub will go through the QAP and a new HubScore will be assigned to it. So, in a way, as far as I understand, it is good to edit and improvise your hub.
Take care & All The Best!
You will get a message saying why the hubs are not published, however the message will be fairly generic.
Just looking at your use of English here in the forums however I would say that if it is a good reflection of how you have written your hubs then they will not get published. This is an English language site and if your hubs are not written in good English then they will be rejected.
add more quality content to your hub to bring your hub score up to about 72% and it probably would be published.
The links briefly worked again and now the hubs have vanished once more.
For the brief time I was able to see them, I noticed that you had still not attributed any of the photographs.
Also I'm wondering whether some of the content had been copied and pasted from another site. Your hubs will always be deleted if it is not your own original work.
Every new hubber gets this. It just a way for you to learn how to write quality hubs. You just have to write 5 good quality hubs to start a good page. There isn't anything to worry about. Just continue writing. After you ave written 5. Quality hubs, that message will disappear.

I was hub hopping and had to flag a few hubs for being substandard (word count). One hub had exactly 10 words and 2 photos. There should be a way the system prevents you from publishing a hub like that except if it's in the poetry section.

So I recently found out that hubpages now lets us know what hubbers sign up through our links (good job by the way hp) and so I decided to check and see who they were and how they're doing.Turns out only 3 of my 8 sign ups have actually made any hubs whatsoever...So that made me wonder exactly how...

I still think comments should be comments, not discussions, that is the purpose of a forum. Maybe it would be a good idea that every author has a forum automatically made in a widget on there profile page and the topics are always the title of the Hub. That way you can discuss it and always edit...

So, I have finally finished my goal of writing 100 hubs but I have not published them yet as I'm practically frightened of what HP will do with them. I feel like I have been "flagged" meaning I just imagine the HP team seeing my new hub and going "oh that trouble maker again.. go on...
