Video links not working - but they are!

    Hi - anyone else have this and is there a cure?

    The link not working indicator shows, I check and it's a video capsule.

    The link works fine bu the hub says it's not working.  Tried deleteing link and reentering it same thing.

    A tiny point but I have a few of these and it's driving me NUTS!

      Thanks for reporting this.

      Our video checking is not 100%.  If a video link is good and you are getting a false warning, just click the "ignore" link.  That's the best way to handle it.

    It happened to me once but as soon as I realize the video was fine I just deleted that Broken Link warning.

    When I get a broken link warning that's giving a false positive, I email the Hub team so that they know there's something up with the link checker and whichever site the link is coming from and then I click "ignore" next to that warning on the broken link list.

    I don't know if this is what you are referring to, but I found out that my "YouTube" videos for instance, do not work when using Firefox.I can see them in IE6.
