What do you mean? If you're referring to Hubs, then Hubs are not blogs - they are stand-alone, magazine-quality articles.
However I'll assume that's what you're asking. You can put your Hubs in Groups, which will show the previous and next Hub in the group at the end of your Hub. Other than that, you can refer to other Hubs by creating hyperlinks in your text.
In addition to what Marisa said, make sure the hubs are grouped according to relevance. Linking unrelated hubs could be an issue.
