More and more readers are now using smartphones to read our articles, but HubPages has not added links for readers to click and follow our posts our articles on Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook or other social networks. The icons/links are available on PCs, but not on iphones or smartphones. We are losing many many opportunities by not having this option when users are using their phones.
Is HubPages working on this?
Here are some suggestions:
1. Add these links/icons at the top or bottom of our articles when reading on smartphones.
2. Create a CAPSULE so we can at least add this option within our articles.
This would greatly benefit both HubPages, and HubPage members/writers.
@maalarue We made a decision not to include these buttons for the mobile version of Hubs due to mobile browser having a mechanism to do this already.
In Chrome you select the menu (stack button in the top right corner) and then choose the method by which to share it.
Safari in iOS has a similar function available via a button on the bottom of the screen that looks like a box with an arrow coming out of the top of it.
You then have options to share via different apps.
