Welcome to HubPages.
Although the answers are yes to your questions, you should know that adding formatting should be natural and not artificial. You can bold and italicize words, but only words that are normally bolded and italicized. You can link to other articles, but only if they are directly related to the content of your hub. You can add promotional products, but that is really not the purpose of the site, so only add the products if they are directly related to the content and will help the reader.
I recommend that you take a look around the site, particularly the Learning Center articles as Writer Fox Recommended, and read the hubs that are already on the site, particularly the Editor Choice hubs. They will give you a better idea of what is and is not allowed.
Yes you can add link that refers to your website or any other webpage. But there is some rules and regulation regarding promotional posts, they will be count as feature hub.
Yes, writer fox is correct about the hubpages learning center. Everything is there. You need to read it and apply it to your hubs. I am looking foward reading your hubs mister shalu. Good luck writing your hubs.
