Today is my 3rd Hubbiversary! I thought, wow, three years already ... then I thought about the very first hubber who read my first hub and left an encouraging comment, which actually encouraged me to continue to write here. Being this is my third Hubbiversary, I want to dedicate this Hubbiversary to all of you on HubPages who have supported me over these past three years - you know who you are, but I do want to name my very first hubber who commented: MarleneB! Thank you MarleneB. Soon to follow were Petenali and frogyfish. Do you remember the first hubber to comment on your first hub, or better yet, the first three hubbers? If so, please share their names here. Let us celebrate all of our followers who make this such a wonderful community in which to belong. Here's to many more years of writing and making new friends. (((HUGS)))
Happy third year anniversary on HubPages, Faith!
Thank you colorfulone. You are so kind. I want this to be a celebration of all faithful followers who have always encouraged me over these past three years. Do you remember your first hubber who commented on your first hub? Thank you for sharing.
The first two hubbers that commented on my first hub 21 months ago were banned from HubPages. They are gracious sweet ladies and are long time online friends of mine and are in my best friends Facebook group. The third commenter is Mohideen Basha, who is a true online friend also. I appreciate good online friends that have stood the test of several years running. I love them.
Hi Colorfulone,
Thank you for returning and sharing of your good friends. I am sorry they are no longer on HP, but happy they are still good friends via Facebook! That is so cool.
I was so surprised and delighted to make sure true friends via this writing site.
Here's to many more years of writing!
Happy Third Anniversary Faith
The first comment I received was from Jennifer Stone.
Hi Sally,
Thank you so much. Alright Jennifer Stone!
Blessings
Some of my first comments were from That Grrl, Millionaire Tips (who was extremely encouraging), homesteadbound, Simone Smith (I really miss her).
Congratulations on your hubbiversary. Thanks for inspiring me to look back and my first commenters.
Hi Sherry,
Thank you for sharing about your great commenters who encouraged you from the start here in HP Town.
I know what you mean, for when I go back and read older hubs with all the great comments, I am inspired and really amazed at all those who supported me for the past three years from that first day.
Keep on writing!
Happy Anniversary Faith Reaper! I think it might have been Justin who left me my first comment here--I recall him being very welcoming!
Hi Audrey,
Thank you so much. Hooray for Justin Price!
Blessings
Congratulations, Faith! I'm not too far behind you. We seemed to come to HP with a great group of folks around the same time. Last year I tried to recognize my first followers, comments, etc. and was disconcerted to find they weren't on HP any more. I appreciate my "class mates" who are still here and thriving!
Hi Kathleen,
Yes, they were a great group then and new great ones now and still some of the same great ones too. I know far too many have left, but I am glad there are still wonderful friends and great writers here, who are especially encouraging.
Blessings
Congratulations on completing three years at HP! Wish you all the best for future as well.
The first hubber to leave comments on my first hub was Writer20, who has perhaps left HP, as I can't see any activity on her profile page.
Then TIMETRAVELER2, MarleneB, DDE are some of my first followers and commenters. My sincere thanks to them and all those who have followed me later on, encouraged and supported me throughout this writing journey.
My special thanks to you too Faith Reaper, for always leaving encouraging comments on my hubs.
God Bless You!
Hi Chitrangada Sharan,
I appreciate you! You are so kind. Looks like you have some great followers who leave wonderful comments.
Yes, I think being supportive of one another's writing is so important here in this community, and it seems to still be a wonderful community after three years.
Blessings
Happy Hubbiversary!!
I just posted my first Hub last night and received an encouraging comment about an hour later from TMacEwan. I am very excited to learn more about, and interact with, everyone in the Hubbing community!
All the best,
Danny
Wow, Danny Miles,
Welcome to HubPages! I am glad you were encouraged after publishing your first hub. I will have to come over to your side of HP Town for a visit and see what's happening.
Blessings
The first comment I received was from James A Watkins. He is an excellent writer, but hasn't written here in ages. Now after checking his account, I notice he wrote something 4 weeks ago.
He said he was writing a book on history during his lifetime and I wonder if he was able to finish it. Congratulations on your 3 year anniversary Faith.
Hi Barbara Kay, Oh, I just love James Watkins too! Wow, what a treat for him to be your first commenter. I did not get a notice that he had published anything four weeks ago. Maybe he just tweaked his last hub at that time. I will go and check. Yes, he was writing a book and it has been published I believe. Thank you for sharing about your wonderful first commenter and your other kind comments.
Thank you so much and welcome to HubPages. Hope you will soon publish some hubs for all to read.
Mine were neabug32, Nellieanna, and JayeWisdom. Congratulations on your "Three Year Anniversary" Faith. Well done. I hope you enjoy the next three just as much.
Hi John,
Thank you for sharing. I know of lovely Nellieanna and Jaye Wisdom but not neabug32.
For such a stellar poet such as Nellieanna being one of your first commenters must have been so encouraging to say the least.
I appreciate the congrats on the three year. They sure have flown by so fast. Here's to many more years of writing.
God bless you and yours this Easter weekend.

On New Year's Day I acquired my 500th follower. In addition to this, I hope to reach another milestone within the next two weeks - the 500,000th visit to my hubs in 4 years. As far as page visits is concerned my goal now is to double this and reach a million views in the next 2 years. But although...

How do you feel about a commenter who's not a Hubber?I've noticed that a certain users "Hubtivity" is nothing but commenting on religious forums always arguing the existence of God. I know everyone is entitled to their opinions and allowed to share their own beliefs, but...

this guy just totally chewed me out on my angel story hub , I know there are threads about comments being rudly made on hubs , but this one is ridiculous to me , its like 3 paragraphs long and makes no sense and gee wiz its an angel story for god sake , what the hell? Not self promoting but you...

Why do some hub comments show Level _ Commenter while some say Hub Author?I notice that when people leave comments on hubs, sometimes next to some people's names it says for example Level I Commenter and for others it says Hub Author. Are the people with Level _ Commenter next to their name those...

Why have I gone from a level 7 commenter to a level 5?I leave comments every day here on HP and yet I have helplessly sat by and watched my commenter level drop from a 7 to a 5 and quite honestly I have no idea why.
