Once approved for Google Ad sense, do I need to to put the ads in myself into my hubs, or will Google do that? Thanks
Google does that. You just put in the amazon/ebay ad capsules, if it's related to your hubs. One or two should do it.
Okay thanks. They sent me an email saying that it was fully activated and would appear in one particular hub. I was confused, because I thought the ads would appear in all of my hubs. This hub they mentioned to me wasn't even a super high traffic one
You're welcome. All of my hubs have different ads. So it just depends. Start sharing and watch the earnings come in. Almost a year ago, next month to be exact, that's when I've made money.
I see. Okay, I just didn't know if I had to get a special code to place ads or what. It's confusing, I'm so new to all this. Looks like we have some things in common too including age I'm going to check out your posts as well
Oh, and yes on the earnings, I already know not to get my hopes up for more than a few cents apparently Nice to meet you.
Same here. Yeah you'll start out slow and work yourself out. My first month, I made around a quarter. It'll be a long while until I reach $50. Same here.
You just have to make sure everything is activated here at HP in your My Account section, under Earnings and Settings. Then ads start appearing. Also, if I were you, I'd activate the HP Ad Program.
My only issue now is that even though it says my ad program is active, in my earnings it still says pending.. hmmm
I have been here for 7 years and mine says "pending" two or three or more times a week. I'd say it's normal, and it eventually comes up.
It takes awhile for earnings stats to update. It can take a day or two.
You would need to get a ton of traffic to your hubs to make anything off of adsense.
You do not get your ads shown all the time. It rotates.
Does not really matter if it's pending. Your adsense earnings show up
in your own google adsense account reports. What you share
with hub is moot.
You need $100 to get a payout from google.
You can, however, now create your own sites and pages, and put
your code on those. Then you make it all the time if someone clicks.
You will earn much more away from hub with adsense than on,
unless you have thousands of visitors on your hubs.
Just wanted to let you know that though earnings from Adsense have been known to be slow, the return from the HP Ad Program are known to be better.

Hi Folks,Can anyone make it crystal clear to me, step-by-step, how to switch from the Hubpages Ad Program back to just plain ol' Adsense? I'm showing my aging brain, but I'm not sure what to do, and don't want to mess up.Many thanks!

Well, no doubt google adsense is one of the best in terms of earning revenue from hubpages. However, i have only been earning cents at adsense!! That's so bad. I desperately need help from fellow hubbers, what should i do to increase my earnings

Hi, what was you maximum earning with HubPages Ad Program in a month (not google adsense)? Is it possible to make much money with this program? Thanks.

Some people have said they've turned off HP Ads and just use Adsense and actually make more money from Adsense. I'm considering trying that out and was curious how much more some of you are making just through Adsense. Fifty percent more? Twice as much? Triple? Quadruple?

My adsense earnings have reduced from dollars to only a few cents per month. Revenue used to average about 40 cents per click, now it is only one or two cents per click, if there is any click at all. Just wondering if it is the same for everyone.

Hello! I've seen past discussions on this, but they are from more than a year ago, so I thought I'd see what people think about it now.I've noticed that I make hardly anything on Google AdSense and haven't gotten a payout for several months. I do pretty well on HPAD and am wondering if I will do...
