    1.    Go to Chrome settings and click on “Extensions"

    2.    Add the extension: “Block Yourself from Analytics”  to Chrome
    and enable it.

    3.    Go to the website you don’t want your own views to be counted
by Google Analytics. It could be your own website or, for HubPages,
    open your Profile Page.

    4. Click on the new orange icon in the search bar. (Ctr.+ to enlarge picture).

    5.    On the dropdown menu, tick “Block Analytics for this website” .

Check any of your hubs, they will have the blocked icon showing with a red stop sign over it.
From now on, your Google Analytics reports will be more realistic, excluding your own views.

You can take a screen shot Ctr./Alt/ Printscreen/ or bookmark this post for future reference.

    While I’m here, I have a question:
Does the HubPages Stats Page include our own views?

I understand, but who cares? I've lived with it. Can be excluded though, pay me and I'll figure out in your case.

? Sorry paradigmsearch, I don't know what you mean.

    Pay you for what?

I posted this for people who want to know their actual number of page views coming from readers, excluding the number of hits they get from when they are working on their own pages.
