Can my Adsense account be deactivated. Seems to be stuck how do I get beyond this and deactivate the google adsense adds in my hubs?
You can remove your Adsense Publisher ID. But depending on the content of your hubs, you may not be able to remove the actual ads (that's how HubPages Inc makes their money).

The last 2 or 3 days adsense has been saying "no data available" There is no way I haven't gotten at least 1 impression, or even a click by now.Any ideas?
