I have ran into a few issues with current HubPages comment module.
1. The current comment section allows for unlimited text. This leads to some comments being overly long and windy. Please limit all comments to 200 words or less.
2. When comments gets too many, please allow an option to display only last 30 days?
3. There seems to be a bug with scrolling long hubs. Occasionally, it gets stuck in one position on my Mac computer using Safari browser. I cannot get it to scroll properly. Does anyone else have experienced the same thing?
4. I like the option to sort comments based on latest first. However, I would like the response to comments moved to the top as well. Again. to avoid scrolling down to the bottom to reply to latest post. It just seems to be common sense design.
Thanks HP for allowing suggestions.
Personally, I enjoy it when my commenters have long, wordy things to say about my article. It usually means I've engaged them in my discussion.

I've come across a hub, now and then, without a comment section. Is this a choice made by the author? If so, why?

What happened to the reply button on the comment section?I have realized the reply button is becoming available only after you scroll all the way down to the comment box, type your reply and hit the post comment button. Anyone with an explanation to this?

Why do people post hubs without a comment section?Every now and then I come across hubs with no comment section. Are these the result of simple oversight, or perhaps people not familiar with the various elements you can add to hubs? Or do they just not want to interact? It seems odd... blogs and...
