I'm busy building my first hub - so exciting! Just one question: I would like to link to my travel blog via the RSS feed but when I enter the URL and click on preview, it says: This does not appear to be a valid RSS feed. Any idea what it going on? I am thankful for any help!
Thanks a lot!!
TB- could you post the RSS url that you're trying to put in your hub? I suspect the issue might lie there.
WeddingConsultant is dead on - it sounds like you are putting your homepage URL in the RSS module when you should be putting your RSS URL in the module. If you use feedburner this should look something like this:
oh now that makes a lot of sense - I had no idea I had to use feedburner! Now it works - thanks a lot! :-)
You don't have to use feedburner. If you are using a Wordpress blog, it can be as simple as putting in something like
but you do have to specify an RSS feed of some sort.
There are directions in this Hub for finding the correct RSS url for your own Hubs and from any blog or article directory anywhere else (including screen shots and step by step instructions):
The other thing to watch for is if you have saved a url in a word processor or spreadsheet and then copy it to paste into the capsule, sometimes you copy a space at the end of it, and that will mess up the RSS feed. Check for a trailing space on the url if you get that message when you preview the feed.

I have made some changes in some of my hubs and am wondering if I should resubmit these url's or if they will automatically be "crawled" and I do not need to resubmit. Any help will be appreciated and I hope this isn't a really dumb question.

It seems as if I am the least knowledgeable person on the hub, but every time I try to place a link in the the RSS Feed Box, it shows message which says it is clearly not working. Please help me unlock one more "hubbing on the internet" secret. I send my gratitude in advance.

I post my hubs on facebook, my own timeline and on relevant group paages. All my hubs are working normally except the newest. When I use the f button on the hub, it posts to my timeline, but without the blurb. When I use the url to post on a facebook group page, the picture won't show up. All that...

I have always added my Products via a keyword search but I have been asked to add a couple of products via links instead. I am not sure whether my being in the UK makes a difference but should I be adding links from Amazon.com or from Amazon UK? I know that most of my traffic still...
