I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my Hub Teenagers. What can I do to improve? Thanks!
First of all, you need to fix the title. How do people (and Google) know what your Hub is about? "Teenagers" is a very broad title!
Ask yourself, who will this information help? What would they be typing into Google to find help? That should be your title.
Second, in edit mode, click the Preview button and look at your Hub in both Mobile mode and Desktop mode. I bet your Hub looks odd in Mobile mode (make sure you scroll down to see it all). If you don't want to have to mess around with getting right-floated capsules in the right place in Mobile view, then don't use them - make everything full-width. Mobile mode is very important because that's how most readers see your Hub.
Hi Elsie, Marisa has you off to a good start. I'll make just one suggestion. If you resolve this issue, you will be well on your way toward passing the quality assessment.
For an example, look at the section of your hub titled "Few Suggestions That May Help." First of all, the heading requires an article before "Few," such as "A Few...."
Next, I want to call your attention to the first three paragraphs of this section. All three are single sentence paragraphs. Each one is a convoluted, run-on sentence. This problem plagues you throughout the hub and is probably the main reason the hub is not passing the quality assessment.
I suggest you find a person who has a strength in the area you have a weakness. Find someone to proofread your hubs and rewrite the parts that have run-on issues.
Your content is excellent, but the presentation has this one problem, i.e. run-on sentences. My prediction is that if you resolve this issue, you will not have any problems passing the quality assessment.
I wish you the best in your future as a hubber.
Thanks, Chris, I will certainly see what I can do.
Have been away from Hubpages for the last year, now trying to sort my hubs out, most of them are still featured, but if I try to update them they get unfeatured, afraid to touch them.
Have a nice day and thanks again for your help.
Elsie, you say you try to update them and the get unfeatured. Do you mean the featured logo is replaced by an encircled arrow? If that is the case, it simply needs time to be featured again. I'd try one and wait 24 hours and see what happens.

The purpose of this post is NOT to moan and groan, but rather to better understand it, by sharing your insight and experiences. Obviously we now have to work using its parameters. Stayin' Alive Ha Ha Ha
