Although I don't have a ton of data to go on, as my traffic is not nearly as high as it was in 2011; my CPM is about 50% higher than it was in 2011-2013. And years ago, summer time usually gave me low CPM compared to the last quarter of the year.
Has HubPages done something where advertisers are willing to pay more money which results in us making more every 1000 views? Perhaps this is just a coincidence or a stroke a luck. Or there have been changes that have been made to HP that I was not aware of due to my 2-3 year absence.
Something has happened recently as I'm shocked to see average CPMs spike this month compared to March-May. I was even more surprised to see them be higher this time than last year.
But will it continue or are these spikes just temporary, who knows.
2014 was unusually high, otherwise, now is about normal for me, looking at the last 5 years.

Anyone else getting 10% of the earnings they were getting in December despite record-high views? It’s starting to get depressing.
