My hub was rejected for a niche site.

Wondering why. The hub is not about any current event. It will be relevant in the future. It is not a very general topic. Will the readers not be satisfied with the content? It is not a YMYL topic.
Please help me improve this hub.
Too much media (video) and too few words. I would recommend having at least 700 words.
Definitely too short. There are 39 sites? Then write about them! You have the potential for 39 hubs right there.
