Is anybody else who is doing the challenge seeing plummeting hub scores or is it just because of the subject matter of my hubs? I hope people aren't downrating the hubs because they disagree with my opinions! I didn't think that was the appropriate use for the up and down voting
I do not think hubbers do like this. Thanks,
My hubscore is up.. But I see it regularly dip down right after publishing a bunch of hubs.. Don't worry it will go right back up and I'm betting it will stay up there for you after the challenge is over
No, sunstreeks... Not author score *hub* score. Two of the three hubs I've published for the challenge are down at 45ish range.
That often happens to me if I publish a hub relatively soon after starting to write it. Don't worry, the score will increase.
Hubs publish at low rates and gain higher numbers as they get traffic. The number will vary for a few days, maybe even a week, before it stabilizes.
That's the thing, Whitney -- it's going the other way. I started with I think 47 and am now at 45. This is the first time I've seen a new hub go *down* before.
I'm sure it will be fine. I don't have many under 70 any more and I have one unpublished hub that's at 73 WOW! LOL
They fluctuate a good bit before it rises. It's not uncommon at all.
Okay Whitney, thanks! It's possible I'm just not usually looking this much lol
Whitney is right, and personally I like to read hubs where people have strong opinions. A bland hub is sort of boring.
SweetiePie I have the feeling I'm going to be cranking out a lot of opinionated stuff for the next 30 days. Not what I anticipated doing and yet that's what's happening! I'm grateful to C.Ferreira for making me get my "opinionated" hat out of the closet lol

I heard at first that if go around serial 'following' this can penalise your hubscoreI added a few people but then cut down when i heard this. I only follow about 12 people.i just noticed someone who has 25...

Hi. I'm kind of scared to start this thread, but my husband (Ghost32) said it seemed appropriate, so if I'm doing something wrong, blame him! I just signed up two days ago (I think it was). My HubScore started out at 30. I added an avatar photo and a bit of bio, and the...

Hi,I have this hub http://hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Make-a-H … dant-Charmfor a few weeks and it was at a hubscore of 84 just a few days ago and today it's at 76. I know I shouldnt worry too much about the hubscore, but I wondered why the sudden drop and if it was due to the recent hub changes...

Hello there, hope all is well with everyone. Did a new HP algorithm roll out over the last two days or so? Stats are weird, more than usual, for example: hubscores plummeted by a large margin, literally overnight; I saw 2 forum threads about many hubs becoming unfeatured all at once; and stats are...
