what is the thumbs up for? do i use it or the person veiwing the hub
The "thumbs up/thumbs down" at the end of each Hub is there for readers who wish to indicate that they think the Hub is a good one or a bad one. When I see a Hub that I consider well put together I'll always vote "thumbs up", whether or not it happens to be about a subject in which I have any particular interest.
Hubs that look poorly put together, or otherwise don't contribute to the overall quality of what HubPages offers, deserve a "thumbs down".

Is there any way to tell if a particular hub has received any thumbs up or thumbs down, and if so, how many? I've been here long enough, I should know these things. But I don't.
