It's not a competition. Everyone who completes their own personal goal wins!
Sweet, I hope my prize is a huge cash payout, a crap-ton of beer and some adoring supermodel worshippers.
Nope, it's a dinner date with Larry the Cable Guy.
hmmmm...how bout some stale coffee, a few semi adoring female hubbers and thirty-five cents I found under the couch cushion
maybe they will have a special newsletter with all the winners! How exciting!
Oh. I thought it was a 30 day thing. That's what I get for coming late and not reading the instructions. Both behavoirs I am famous for.
It is, and tomorrow, the 3rd, is the 30th day, if I'm not mistaken.
*Sigh* Wishful thinking, I guess. I haven't been participating, just dealing with the massive increase in hub production. Moderating over the past 3 weeks has been quite the job, let me tell you.
Hopefully when it's all over I'll actually get to go back and read some of the amazing hubs that have been produced along the way!
it is 30 days--it ends on the 11th. See, you were right
It just isn't a race or anything. Some participants are already finished and others are still going strong.
Some did thirty and some did 100. I guess as long as we get out of the challenge what we wanted to, then we win! I know its corny, but that's the gist
I think Maddie could do with a massage and foot soak and some cucumber eye patches and a brandy alexander.
I applaud all you Hubbers who stepped up to the Challenge congratulations!
I attempted the 30 hubs in 30 days goal - but have only 11 published hubs at this time...not considering it a failure if I don't 30 hubs by June 11, however, 'cos I learned a whole bunch about pacing and turning out more content in a shorter time span than I used to!
I have not produced any hubs at all, but I sure have read a lot!
as far as I can tell its pretty much tapered off. but I don't look anymore because of it.
And consider yourself Lucky.... some of us don't even have cushions.
When I was your age, there were no cushions. Just jagged rocks to sit on; and we considered ourselves lucky.

It really does take off. I got my first adsense payout at the end of June, and I've just hit the £60 mark for July, so another payout this month. That's not all hubs, because I set up my own blog a month ago, but hubs is most of it.

IzzyM and I have been chatting about backlinking, and disagreeing on what's the best way to go about it. She's been spending hours backlinking her Hubs on social bookmarking and backlinking sites, because she feels that's been recommended on the forums by Hub gurus. I'm not at all sure that's...

I was just wondering how successful people are with the Hubpages ad program and if anyone had managed to make payout in one day yet. I have yet to earn over $5 in one day from the ad program. How about everyone else?
