This 'Hubber' is a (unconvincing) financial fraudster. You know the stuff: "I'm dying and have $8M to give away to the first person to give me their bank details.."
I reported the post because it doesn't jive with me. Let Hubpage management deal with it. I do agree, and was not aware that you can signup for Hubpages and just start pumpimg out forums.

I have flagged this up to hub pages- remember dont answer or comment on his posts or they will stay around til the hub pages team can exclude him
