Remember what I told you. Try not to dwell on things too long. Accept whatever has happened, step forward and back to YOUR pace. If it is family issues, then I can understand, but the only way to get past these issues is to accept them first. If you are the one with the issue, then rectify the problem within yourself. If you're angry because of someone else's actions, then I would suggest you figure out how it affects your relationship with that person and accept it for what it is.
No matter how you slice it- accept it and move on. Wallowing in self-pity is useless and wastes valuable time, you could be using doing something good.
