    Well i am nearing the end of my second day off and have not accomplished much of anything. I was hoping to be able to write a hub while I was off but it just is not working.

       I don't think you should be frustrated with yourself for that - perhaps you needed the down time to regroup your thoughts.  Its possible the next time you have two days off that you'll accomplish so much more than you thought you could.

       not really.  my daughter is fighting with me again...she doesn't want to accept the fact I have feelings.  (she's 23)
       
       and my niece doesn't seem to want to keep her word - she's back in business when she shouldn't be.

       then there's the good side.  HubPages has helped me tremendously over the past 5 months, and so have the classes I've taken.  Especially the one I'm about done with.  (I'm standing up to my ex again, lol, told him he should have been supporting me, with my daughter, by reinforcing the fact that I have feelings too)

       (I would like to believe it but....this has been her cycle since she was 2 - taught to her by father's sister)
       
       I know I'll get over it soon enough, in fact it doesn't bother me anymore that she fights with me.  What bothers me now is the reason she's fighting with me!    and that has to do with her not taking my feelings into consideration, again.  (on a very personal and touchy subject)

       Thanks Ohma, but I'm used to it with her.  It's kinda weird, but its similar to how my sister and I got along as kids, ya know?  Fight and make up.  Fight and make up.  Fight and make up only to fight again.    The only problem is...my daughter doesn't know where the olive branches are, she waltzes in with an imitation once in awhile.    lol

       Its a shame when daughters alienate their mothers.  I know, I did it too but for different reasons.  If my mother could have gotten past her issues with me things could have been different.  But, then again, maybe not.

          Well I love my daughter but honestly I quit losing sleep over it a year or so ago. Sooner or later she will remember where home is and when she does it will be here just like it always has been. She makes her own choices and she is the one that has to live with them.

             I've been on the forums and facebook, and yahoo, for most of the day. I've been taking a break. I've done quite a bit in last 72 hours and do not want to screw things up, so a little release(stoppage) was required.
