I am doing well. It's not a problem.
People forget that people open discussions, just to get other people's opinions.
You don't have to give up having more. You could simply have the procedure reversed, however, with knowing you and what you have said, it would be best to ensure full protection after the procedure, until a time is better suited.
And, I think that is all that was trying to be said, but everyone seem to be really weird in their wording.
