I'm sorry to hear your upset about something. I hope it's nothing serious there. If you want, you can always e-mail me or something if you want to talk about it. Anyways, I hope your doing okay these days, and i think the boats look great there. Now all we need is for the hubgirls to join us, then we'll be all set to go!
Thanks Steven for your concern and your offer, I might take you up on it one day in the future. It was just that my wife's step Mom passed away on Friday and had the funeral on Monday, but the thing is her real Mom passed away at age 56 and my wife was having a real hard time with 2 moms gone. so as you know I need to be supportive but it really upsets me too.
Now that the funeral is over all things are calming down and I just got back from the shore house and Home Depot picking up my Pergo Flooring for the new kitchen.
Thanks again Steve and lets try and round up our Hubgirls...Don't you just love them? I know I do Just don't tell my wifey

Come on down everyone! It's 75 degrees here in sunny Miami. For the first time in months I was able to leave work straight home without anything else to get done except rest. Wow! Feels so good!!!
Mark, there will be better times coming soon. Life is a roller coaster and we all have our ups and downs. In the meantime, it looks like things are looking a bit grim for music teachers in Miami. There will be more budget cuts and it looks like they are going to eliminate art and music. I'm not too worried about it. If the ship sinks, I'll be one of the Titanic musicians... playing until the end.

Really the children must be upset because even when I was in school I looked forward to both of those each day. Children need Music in their lives and Art as well . I love music and always will. When you are down in the dumps music can cheer you right up if is the right kind of course and as far as art children love to be creative and put down on canvas or paper what is in their minds and bring it alive and see it in front of them. You will have no problem getting work I'm sure Klara and if you like you and I can play music on the yacht when we all set sail, but our ship will never sink I will promise that

Jman - I'm in South Florida and I don't relate. You can keep the snow all by yourself. Thank you! Leave me down here with my 73degrees, plenty of sunshine, beautiful beaches and wearing flip flops all year around. I'm back Girls and all the male friends:)
Rough weekend for me at the shore house. Major plumbing issues, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. All new shut off valves , cabinets tore out and floor rip up . Next install new cabinets, pergo floor and all new appliances coming March 19th horray:) No more diner food. wife will be able to cook if she can stay off the beach long enough:lol:
Hope all is well with ...Klara, Beth, Denise and Sophie and Steve, Saleheen which may be MIA ? Anyway just thought I say Hello to all my great friend and of course I send my LOVE to all.

I must say that she is right by my side when I'm working down there. She paints for me and helps carry the cabinet in and out of house, so she is very helpful.
We habve remodeled so many home that we lived in over the years and major work I mught add. It's fun to do as a team and we really enjoy it, so I'm blessed as far as that. Hi Beth, I have been out of the loop here do to working on house at the shore. I went down to beach Saturday afternoon and got back back late last night. All alone
anyway I got a lot done, Half the cabinets installed, Pergo floor all laid, It really looks great, Wifey will be so surprise when she sees it
I miss you bBeth and wish I could give you a big Huges and Kiss I have to write back to all my friends and Miss them terrible too. Once house is done I will be back into the swing of things here again.

@ Sophie, Hello my dear how have you been. I have missed you too and al the rest of the hubgirls and my male friends. I have been so busy working on new house trying to get it ready to move in. Each day I leave work a drive 60 mile to get to the house and thenm work on it and then drive back home 50 miles to my home I live in. Plus work a 8 hour day at my real job . So that is why I haven't been around much. But I will be back full time when home is done. I can't wait. Take care of yourself and tell Marky I said Hi.

I feel much better now. Guess what? I went to the shore to pick up the last 4 cabinets that were on back order. Wife and I went down after work...,Loaded them in truck, unloaded into house and opened 2 of the boxes. Took them into the kitchen and looked at them and the ones I hung over the weekend.
I said something is wrong Lin...I placed them next to the ones I hung and the color was much darker. Looked at the box and it read Cognac just like the ones I hung. PO'ed about it because I can't hang those after 3 weeks of waiting for them to come in. I went home and looked up the comp. and there colors...Yes the ones I picked up were Cognac but with Black Glaze which is American Classics New and Improved color That doesn't help me considering 3/4 of the cabinets are hung, SO...now I have to go back to home depot and see what they are going to do now in which this puts me way behind schedule because all appliances are coming on the 19th. well that's my night, How was yours?

I just returned from the shore to exchange the kitchen cabinets that Home depot gave me that were the wrong color. Lots of extra work on my part. Load truck last night, take into house, reload from house and take back to store.

Made it on after surviving another snow blizzard! 30 cm overnight, freezing rain plus another 10 - 20 cm tonight! brr but at least spring is on its way! Heard the morning birds singing away even though it was snowing! Tough little guys... guess they're tired of the cold too!
